Yesterday, Ray caught a 65lb. tarpon while flats fishing with his good friend Allen. They were just out for a little friendly neighborhood competition catching trout and redfish but they both ended hooking a tarpon over the shallow grass flats near Anclote...Ray was able to land his tarpon on 10lb. Sufix Performance Braid with only a 20lb. Invisaline leader! I guess he wins the neighborhood cup this week...
